6. General Promo Terms and Conditions

All Duelbits promotions are limited to one entry per customer. We only permit one customer to participate from each household address. IP address, e-mail address, same payment account or shared computer(e.g. public library or workplace).

7. Placing Orders for On-site Credits

By placing an Order for On-site Credits through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering and forming binding contracts.

8. Your Information

b) Duelbits finds that You have used the Website in an unfair manner, engaged in deliberate cheating, exploited Company or its customers, or allowed Your Account to be used for the benefit of a third party;

c) Duelbits is directed to do so by law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or a court, or if Company is unable to verify Your identity, profession, or source of funds as required by applicable regulations;

d) You are in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable regulations, or the fair use policies of our services, or Duelbits has concerns regarding compulsive gambling behavior without self-exclusion measures;

e) Duelbits reasonably believes that any of the aforementioned events (a) to (d) have occurred or are likely to occur.

In the scenarios described in this clause, Duelbits also reserves the right to void any bets placed by You subsequent to such actions or to withhold and/or retain any amounts (including winnings) that would otherwise be payable to You, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Malfunction

In the event of any game, bet, or system malfunction, all bets and wagers are VOID. Any proceeds, winnings, or losses obtained due to a software malfunction are considered void. The Company reserves the right to correct any errors and to take necessary actions to ensure the integrity of the Service. If a malfunction occurs, You agree that the Company is not liable for any claims, damages, losses, or costs associated with the malfunction, and all affected bets and wagers will be nullified.

17. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

This includes fraud and attempted fraud against our users via Steam or Cryptocurrency wallets or abusing promotions on or for Duelbits or free on-site credit gifts.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.

Multiple accounts per household IP/Subnet. If multiple natural persons from the same household wish to access Duelbits please inform our Support first and complete the verification for each of them. Racism, insults towards employees, or advertisement in the chat may result in a ban of your Account according to Our judgment.
